Make it Special
We would be delighted to host your child’s next birthday party! Families are welcome to bring any birthday decorations, special treats and/or gifts to the party plus each birthday party attendee is allowed to take home a small pumpkin! Picnic tables are available on a first come first serve basis. Bonfire sites are available to rent.
Food & Decorations
Guests are welcome to bring non-hazardous food, drinks, decorations, cake, etc. for their party, or are welcome to purchase food, drinks, and treats from The Pitchfork Café, to complete their party. Menu items include hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches, walking tacos, etc. Also, NO alcohol is allowed.

Harvestville Farm is pleased to offer opportunities for corporate events throughout the months of May-December. Harvestville Farm is the perfect location to host your next meeting, client social event, retreat, or company milestone. Branch out from the typical hotel ballroom or conference center and get to know your coworkers and clients in a fun, relaxed environment. Let us handle all the logistics and help make your event momentous, in which every guest will leave with a lasting impression.

Let us help enhance your corporate gatherings and parties wherever you choose to host them. We can help create seasonal ambiance with our custom decorating and fresh baked goodies.
The perfect place to gather
Interested in having your next gathering in a unique and beautiful environment located in the beautiful countryside of Southeast Iowa? Our beautiful retail barn may be what you are looking for. We currently rent our barn out for special events throughout the year such as family reunions, graduation parties, corporate events, retirement parties and rehearsal dinners just to name a few.
At this time we do not host weddings
Our barn measures 36 x 80 and can comfortably seat around 70-90 guests. The barn plus our wrap around porch measures 56 x 100 and can adequately seat 100+ guests. Barn rentals are booked on a first come, first serve basis and are also scheduled around our seasonal farm events held throughout April-December. We do not rent out the barn November 1 through the weekend prior to Thanksgiving.
A variety of delicious menu items are also available as an option to our guests with the menu being catered to your exact needs and wishes. Options include both family style and sit down. Licensed caterers may also be brought in.
Other Available Rentals
Additional items also available for your event include – 60″ round white Lifetime tables, white Lifetime chairs, large picnic tables that seat eight, table cloths, cloth napkins, silverware, plates, glasses, serving pieces and table centerpieces.
We are pleased to talk with any gardening group, master gardeners, ladies group, church organization or farmers/growers about our farm. Topics of discussion can vary from how we got started and the growth of our business, to growing and maintaining our summer garden, plants/annuals, or our 30+ acre pumpkin, squash and gourd crop. Reservations are required in advance to schedule a talk with us.
