Giant Pumpkins

Looking for a really HUGE pumpkin? Yes, we grow and sell three different varieties that can frequently weigh well over 100-200 pounds. If you’re interested in one of these giant pumpkins, give us a call and we’ll be glad to tag one for you.

Pumpkin Painting & Decorations

Pumpkins are not just for carving and for baking – they can also provide beautiful fall decoration in a fun and creative way. Each fall we transform hundreds of pumpkins of all varieties into Autumn décor such as centerpieces, focal points in a pumpkin/gourd display and even as a thoughtful gift. One of our many designers are available every day to help you transform that perfect pumpkin or gourd into something unexpected. The transformation can easily be done while you shop or as you’re enjoying the afternoon at the farm.

Pumpkin painting is another form of taking that perfect pumpkin to the next level. There are so many options to choose from – a name, favorite sports team, Fall/Halloween greeting, picture – the possibilities are endless! Let one of our many pumpkin painters help you or your child transform your favorite pumpkin into something special.

12-Acre Corn Maze

Our 12-acre corn maze is filled with twist and turns that’s good farmin’ fun for adults and kids alike. It’s the perfect fall family experience that begins September 1! For families with young children, pull your little ones through the maze with a wagon or a stroller or you may walk through our mini corn maze. Last admittance to the maze is 1 hour prior to closing each day.

This year we are partnering with Iowa 2 x 4’s for Hope, a local non-profit organization that builds tiny homes for veteran’s.  We are thrilled they are now in Southeast Iowa and have recently completed their first tiny home this past summer in Fort Madison! A portion of proceeds will go back to the organization to help them with their community philanthropy.

Mini Corn Maze

The mini corn maze is part of the 12-acre corn maze, however, it is the perfect size for little ones and virtually stress free for parents!

Alcohol is not permitted.

Cancellations need to be made 48 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund or a refund will be given due to inclement weather.

During the months of September and October, wind can tend to be quite an issue here at the farm, which quickly becomes a safety concern. If strong winds are a factor on your reserved day, you will be contacted in ample time to reschedule.

The Fall season can be a damp one. Even though it may be rainy at times in the morning, that afternoon and/or early evening can be perfect campfire weather. That is why we go ahead with most campfires even when the day starts with rain showers. Sometimes rain does continue for the entire day and those are the days that we encourage you to reschedule.

Perfect activity for kids!
